The brief
Naba set out to be more than a supplement shop. The idea was a membership community where people could follow guided wellness journeys, learn from expert-led courses and buy the supplements that go with them — all in one place, under one account.
What we built
- A membership with a free trial. Every wellness journey came with a 90-day trial membership. When someone bought one, the store tagged them, stamped their trial end date and told Klaviyo, which sent reminders 14, 7 and 1 day before the trial ended — and stopped them the moment they upgraded.
- One login for the store and the community. We made the Shopify store the sign-in for Naba's Circle community, so members never needed a second password.
- Wellness journeys. Guided bundles for detox, metabolic health, cognition, and men's and women's health, each with its own page and plan.
- A course marketplace. More than 15 expert-led courses, each with its own landing page and product, set up so Naba's team could add new ones without a developer.
- US and international. Separate homepage and product content for US and international visitors.
- Wholesale. Practitioner sign-up and wholesale pricing running alongside retail.
The acquisition
Naba is now part of Quicksilver Scientific, the liposomal supplement company it had partnered with on its own products. We helped with the handover: moving the community onto Quicksilver's domain and switching its single sign-on to Quicksilver's store, so members kept their access through the change.
Why it mattered
The platform was built for Naba's own team to run — new courses, journeys and products without waiting on us. That made it simple to hand over, and simple for a larger company to take on.
