The monthly plan is for businesses opening their first Shopify store, not for stores already on Shopify. It includes up to 2 hours of updates a month (unused hours don’t roll over); bigger changes are quoted separately. Already on Shopify? Monthly care starts at $149. Prices exclude your Shopify plan, theme licence and paid apps. Every price is fixed before work starts, and the $99 video audit is credited to your first project.

Pricing FAQ
Before you ask
Is the price fixed?
Yes. Once we've agreed scope — usually right after your video audit — you get one fixed number before any work starts. If something new comes up, we quote it separately and you decide. It never lands on the invoice as a surprise.
Is the $99 video audit credited back?
Yes. If you start any project or plan within 60 days of receiving your video, the full $99 comes off your first project invoice. Full terms.
Can I cancel the monthly plan?
Yes. The plan has a 12-month minimum — that's what covers the build. After that it runs month to month and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Need to leave sooner? Pay the rest of the 12 months and you're free to go. Full terms.
What happens to my website if I leave?
It's yours. Once the 12 months are covered, we hand over the full site — design, content, images and domain — at no extra cost, and help you move it to your own hosting. Or we keep hosting it for $25/month. No exit fee, no hostage-taking.
Are there any other costs?
Your Shopify subscription and any paid apps are billed to you directly by Shopify and the app makers, not by us. We'll flag what your store actually needs in your video audit so you can budget for it.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes — ongoing plans are available so something doesn't just ship and get forgotten. We can also work project-to-project if that's a better fit.
