FAQ
Questions we get a lot
Why a video instead of a report?
Because you'll actually watch it. A recording shows exactly where a visitor hesitates, in context, in about fifteen minutes — no 40-page PDF to decode, and you can forward it to anyone who needs to see it.
Do you need access to my store or accounts?
No. We only look at what any visitor can see — no logins, no staff accounts, no analytics access.
Why does it cost $99, and do I get it back?
The fee covers the time a proper walkthrough takes. Start any project or plan with us within 60 days of getting your video and the full $99 comes off your first project invoice. If you don't, the video is still yours to keep. Full terms.
How much does a project cost?
Moving to Shopify starts at $1,500, new Shopify stores at $3,000 and fully custom builds at $6,500. Starting on Shopify for the first time? You can spread the cost at $247/month with a $500 setup and a 12-month minimum, including up to 2 hours of updates a month. Monthly care for existing Shopify stores starts at $149. You always get one fixed price before any work starts.
How long does a typical build take?
Most Shopify builds land in 3–6 weeks depending on scope. Business websites are usually quicker. You'll get a real timeline once we've seen your store — not a placeholder.
I'm not on Shopify yet — can you still help?
Yes. Migrations from WooCommerce, Squarespace, or custom platforms are a regular part of what we do, and it's usually less painful than people expect.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes — ongoing plans are available so something doesn't just ship and get forgotten. We can also work project-to-project if that's a better fit.
