Questions we get a lot
Will our clients know we work with you?
Only if you tell them. We work under your brand, sign your NDA and don't credit or show the work anywhere without your written permission.
How do you price agency work?
Either a fixed price per project, agreed before we start, or a monthly retainer with reserved hours. Both give you a known cost to build your own margin on.
Can you join client calls as part of our team?
Yes. If it helps, we can join calls using your agency's name and email, or stay fully in the background and brief your team instead.
Who owns the code?
You or your client, as set out in our agreement. Once a project is paid, the custom work we create for it is handed over in full.
What do you need to get started?
A short brief, access to the store as a collaborator, and a contact on your team. We'll come back with questions, a price and a timeline.
